  • Where are you located?
    Our address is 122 North Tollgate Road, Suite 2002 - Our office is attached to the Stack n' Store office building directly behind Flavor CupCakery & Bake Shop. Upon driving through the gate, our office will be on your right.
  • Do you repair phones/tablets/gaming consoles/TV's/radios or even flux capacitors?
    Unfortunately, we do not. Our primary focus is laptops, desktops (Apple & Windows) and networking equipment.
  • Do I need an appointment for service?
    While we strongly encourage an appointment, especially if you need same-day service, we happily welcome any walk-ins.
  • What is the average turn-around time for repairs?
    Usually within 24-48 hours, except for hardware repairs which may take up to 1 business week or longer.
  • Are you able to come to my home or office?
    Yes. We provide in-home and in-office services for $125/hour in the Harford and Northern Baltimore county areas. Click Here to visit our Onsite page for more information or to schedule an Onsite.
  • Do you offer service contracts?
    Yes. We offer service contracts for our business clients. We currently do not offer service contracts for residential clients. Click Here to visit our Contact Us page to send us a message if you are in need of a business service contract.
  • I have a damaged system that needs a repair estimate, do you offer documentation to provide to my insurance company?"
    Yes. If your insurance company requires proper documentation for coverage, we will provide that to you.
  • Can you recycle my old computer(s)?
    Of course! We can recycle your old desktop or laptop free of charge. We do not accept printers/TV’s/Monitors.
